No additives or processing aids are used, and ‘intervention’ in the naturally occurring fermentation process is kept to a minimum. As such neither fining nor (tight) filtration are used. The result is a living wine – wholesome and full of naturally occurring microbiology. "

The inaugural Barnyard Natural Wine Festival will be held on Friday, March 24 at the Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre in the Lion's Den Restaurant. The Main Event tasting will take place from 7:00 - 10:00pm, doors will open at 6:45 to the building to allow us to start processing tickets, with doors to the tasting floor opening at 7:00pm.
Tickets will go on sale through Eventbrite on January 19, 2023.
Published ticket prices include all wine samples, snacks, GST, service charges, and gratuities, if applicable. For the main tasting, while snack foods will be available, we recommend eating beforehand.
The format of the night will be much like a traditional wine tasting, with unlimited samples from all of our pouring partners. We encourage you to consume responsibly and ensure you have a safe way home afterwards. Please do not drink and drive!
No. You must be 19+ to attend a festival event. Two pieces of government approved ID are required for confirmation purposes.
